Day 3-Board Princess Cruise Line's Sapphire Princess

Enjoy an included breakfast before boarding the Sapphire Princess for our wonderful 7 day cruise. This state-of-the-art Voyager Class vessel has the highest public space-per-guest ratio in the cruise market. There is something for everyone on this spectacular ship. (B, D)

Day 4 & 5-At Sea

Explore all the ship has to offer as we journey into Mexican waters, on our way to some of the most beautiful coastal destinations our neighbor to the south has to offer. (All meals on ship)

Day 6-Puerto Vallarta

This once-sleepy fishing village became a popular resort after The Night of the Iguana was filmed here in 1964. Nestled on the 28- mile curve of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta has steadfastly held on to its character. Red tile roofs and rows of balconies, spilling over with colorful bougainvillea, still line its cobblestone streets. A pleasure for both the eye and the camera. Take advantage of a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with our intelligent, finned friends at the Dolphin Adventure Center. You'll be given an introduction to these friendly mammals. Then you'll actually have the chance to swim with them in a specially designed pool. (All meals on ship)

Day 7-Mazatlan

An exciting mixture of old and new Mexico, Mazatlan is blessed with a harbor of natural beauty. The neighboring mountains rise as a majestic backdrop for this scenic city. As Mexico's first major resort community, Mazatlan owes its continued popularity to vast unspoiled beaches, first-class resorts and friendly people. Take in the charming and historic sights on a tour of the city. Do some shopping at Mazatlan's Golden Zone, home to Mexican and Indian handicrafts. It's a great way to celebrate the colors, songs and dances of ancient and colonial Mexico. (All meals on ship)

Day 8-Cabo San Lucas

Once referred to as the "millionaire's sandbox", Cabo San Lucas is Mexico's jewel resort at the very tip of the Baja Peninsula. Its remote location and unspoiled beauty make this a seaside paradise. Cabo San Lucas is quickly becoming a popular destination for one reason-beautiful beaches. You'll find an amazing choice of activities here, from snorkeling and scuba diving to surfing and kayaking. There's something for everyone, even people who just want to lie in the sun and relax. (All meals on ship)

Day 9-At Sea

Enjoy a full day at sea as we make our way to Los Angeles. Sometimes floating isn't enough-splash around, take a dip in one of the ship's bubbling hot tubs. Nights are always abuzz with activity and it's up to you to choose your pleasure-from live theater and big screens, to plush lounges, swanky casinos and dance clubs. (All meals on ship)

Day 10-Los Angeles-Queen Mary

Upon arrival, we disembark the Sapphire Princess and enjoy a day of sightseeing with a celebrity tour of Hollywood! Later, check into the Queen Mary for the next two nights. Stroll aboard one of the world's most elegant ships of the past. She first sailed in 1936, and during her 31 years at sea, she transported the rich and famous across the North Atlantic. (B)

Day 11-Free Day

Today is a free day to enjoy Los Angeles on your own. Explore this grand ocean liner that once sailed the oceans of the world, or the many attractions of Long Beach. (B)

Day 12-Board Amtrak's Coast Starlight
